A rapidly increasing shortage of long-haul truck drivers in the U.S. is creating problems for businesses of all sizes. According to the 
American Trucking Associations, the industry currently has 63,000 fewer drivers than it needs, a total expected to reach 174,000 by 2026.

FMCSA: Numbers Show ELD Mandate is Working

The electronic logging device mandate is working, said the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, as it posted a new infographic on its website it plans to update monthly. FMCSA describes the infographic as a “snapshot of the positive impact electronic logging devices (ELDs) are having on improving hours-of-service compliance on our nation’s roads.”

  2. Your Invoice with bill to, invoice #, load # and agreed rate.  ALWAYS note fuel advances and any advance fees charged by the debtor.
  3.  Broker rate confirmation sheet – signed by you.
  4. Bill Of Lading of a delivered load signed by the receiver.
  5. Lumper receipts if applicable.
